三、听力提升
听力在四级考试中占比较大，需要重点训练。可以每天花十几分钟听英语朗文，或者做以前四级考试的听力题目。在练习时，先按照考试要求进行模拟测试，做完后对答案，然后进行精听。精听的方法是听一句暂停一句，将听到的内容写下来，听写完后对照原文，找出自己没听出来的地方，分析原因是单词不认识、连读没听懂还是其他原因。此外，还可以通过听英语广播（如BBC、CNN等）、观看英语电影或美剧等方式提高听力理解能力。例如观看美剧时，可以先从有中英文字幕开始，逐渐过渡到只看英文字幕，最后尝试无字幕观看，提高听力理解能力的同时，还能学习到一些常用的口语表达。

阅读理解部分要求既要有速度又要有准确率。平时可以进行阅读训练，按照考试时间要求完成练习。在阅读时，可以先快速浏览文章，了解文章的大致内容和结构，然后根据题目要求有针对性地精读。对于不同类型的阅读题目（如细节题、主旨题、推理题等），要掌握相应的解题技巧。例如，细节题要在文章中找到对应的信息点；主旨题要关注文章的开头、结尾以及段落的首句等。同时，要扩大阅读量，可以阅读一些英语杂志（如《英语世界》《疯狂英语》等）、英语小说等，提高阅读速度和理解能力
